Refund & Return Policy

If the package is not damaged and you want to return it, you can do so within 14 days from the date you received it, as long as it remains unopened. If the package has been opened it cannot be returned because of hygienic reasons. Contact customer@kildabeauty.com before any returns. If you choose to send the product back to Kilda Beauty’s e-commerce warehouse, the product must be sent to Kilda Beauty within 14 days from the date you notified us that you change your mind. The return is paid by the customer. Please note that refunds are always made with the same form of payment as the original purchase.

If the original purchase was made with a debit card, a refund can only be made against the same debit card. This has no effect on your legal rights.

The right of exchange is not applicable via e-commerce

To shop at Kilda Beauty e-commerce, you must be at least 18 years old, not under guardianship and otherwise have the capacity to enter into agreements. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental permission to order from us. Kilda Beauty is not responsible for the product during the time it is sent back to Kilda Beauty from the customer.

We reserve the right for any delivery delays and final sales. Furthermore, we reserve the right for technical errors, typographical errors and typographical errors. We reserve the right to adjust any errors in the price information before and after the order is processed.
